Christian grew up on roofs. So he built a company that does them right.
Christian’s father has been a roofing contractor for decades. Growing up around the trade means he learned the work the old way: on site, at 6am, watching his dad measure a pitch by eye and nail off a valley faster than most crews could lay starter.
In 2025, he branched off and started Patriot. The goal was never to be the biggest or the cheapest. It was to redefine quality and attention to detail for roofing, gutters, and insulation in west-central Iowa — the three trades he knows cold.

Honest assessment
If your roof has 8 years left, we tell you. We would rather lose the replacement and earn the repair than sell you something you don’t need. Word travels in a small metro, and we want to still be here in 20 years.

Written scope first
Every job gets a written estimate before any work happens. Line items, materials, turnaround, price. What we sign is what you pay — no surprise change orders, no “we found something extra” halfway through the tear-off.

Leave it cleaner than we found it
Tarps over landscaping, magnet sweeps of the driveway at end-of-day, and full disposal of every scrap of old material. Your neighbors should be able to tell a roof was replaced from the street — not from the nails in their tires a week later.

Warranty calls get returned. Year-two check-ins happen. Gift baskets arrive. The point is that the business is built on repeat customers and referrals, which only work when we stay in relationship after the invoice.
